Electronics

Studying Electronics helps you develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and hands-on technical skills. You’ll learn to design, analyze, and innovate electronic systems, laying the foundation for a career in engineering, robotics, and IT.

Overview

Electronics is the study of circuits, devices, and systems that control electrical energy. At Presidency PU College, you’ll explore concepts like semiconductors, digital circuits, and microprocessors. Lab sessions include building basic circuits, programming microcontrollers, and testing components.
One day in class, you might analyze circuit diagrams or calculate signal frequencies. The next, you could construct and test your own working electronic project.

Career Opportunities

PU Electronics prepares you for careers in engineering, automation, telecommunications, and software development. It is an excellent foundation for exams like CET and JEE. Alumni of Presidency have advanced as engineers, system analysts, robotics experts, and software developers.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand core concepts of analog and digital electronics and their real-world applications.
